This is the bulb for our CL-SFT1 fixture or any fixture with a mogul (E39) base. 110v 60hz operation only. Flicker free and silent in operation. Color temperature 3200K. CRI 90. Comes with foam-padded cardboard carrying case. Output equivalent is 600 to 700 watts from a tungsten softbox for drawing only 200w.
Warning: If you are using this bulb in a softbox configuration as with our CL-SFT1 Kit, it is not recommended that you use the included diffusion on a regular basis. Remember that fluorescent bulbs are already a diffused source. This restricts airflow across the bulb and its base. The resulting heat build-up inside the softbox will only shorten bulb life and potentially cause problems with the plastic speedring if you are using our CL-SFT2424 softbox that comes with that kit. It is important to remember that there are electronics in the base of this bulb and they require a certain amount of care to keep them alive for their rated lifetime.
