This is the Cool Lights CL-MPSA1 multi-axis (lollipop) to baby stand adapter. Includes a receptor on one end for the MAM stem and a baby (5/8" diameter) female receptor on the other end. The MPSA1 is designed to help keep the center of gravity of your fixture over the light stand rather than in front of it (as would be the case if you used a grip head as your MAM to stand adapter.
